Executive Management Committee
The Executive Committee is the Group’s steering body. It includes: the Chief Executive Officer, the four Division Presidents (EMEA, Eastern Europe, North America and Sports), five functional Vice-Presidents (Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Research Innovation & Environment, Legal) and a Senior Strategy Advisor.
Michel Giannuzzi – Chief Executive Officer, supervising Latin America & Asia Pacific areas
Michel was appointed Tarkett Chief Executive Officer of Tarkett in September 2007. He has spent his entire career in various industries – beginning in 1988 with Michelin. From his initial diverse industrial responsibilities in France and the United Kingdom, he went on to manage a tire production unit using very innovative technologies before taking on the responsibility of reengineering the supply chain in Europe and becoming CEO of Michelin Japan. In 2001, he joined the Valeo Group as Vice President and member of the Executive Committee, successively in charge of the global Electrical Systems and Wiper Systems businesses. Mr. Giannuzzi is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Harvard Business School.
Anne-Christine Ayed, French-Canadian, is the Director of Research Innovation & Environment, a position she has held since 2009. Previously, she held various managerial and R&D positions with Dow Chemicals in Switzerland, Germany and the United States. She has a doctorate in polymer chemistry.
Fabrice Barthélemy – Chief Financial Officer
Fabrice Barthélemy joined Tarkett as Chief Financial Officer in 2008. He started his career as an industrial controller with Safran and joined Valeo in 1995 as financial controller of a division in the United Kingdom. From 2000 to 2003, he helped turn around Valeo’s Lighting Division in France, then becoming financial director of Valeo Connective Systems and, subsequently, financial director of Valeo Wiper Systems. Mr. Barthélemy is a graduate of ESCP-Europe.
Jeff Buttitta - Senior Strategy Advisor for North America
Jeff Buttitta, American, is Senior Strategy Advisor for the Group’s North American division. From 2005 to 2015, he served as President of Tarkett’s North American division. Before that, he was the General Manager of Johnsonite, from 1990 until Johnsonite’s acquisition by the Group in 2005. He holds an accounting degree from Baldwin Wallace College (United States).
Wendy Kool-Foulon – Group General Counsel
Wendy Kool-Foulon, a Franco-Dutch citizen, is the Group General Counsel since July 2016 and joined Tarkett in 2012 as the Legal Director of the EMEA, APAC and LATAM divisions. She began her career working for law firms (PricewaterhouseCoopers and Salans) and then held various positions within IBM and Geodis. Wendy is a graduate of the Paris Bar. She also holds a postgraduate degree in Business Taxation as well as a Master’s degree in Management from the Paris Dauphine University.
Eric Daliere – President Tarkett Sports
Eric Daliere, American, has been the President of the Tarkett Sports division since 2009. Previously, he spent ten years working on complex projects for KKR Capstone, after having started with the Boston Consulting Group. He received an M.B.A from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University.
Sharon MacBeath - Human Resources Executive Vice President
Sharon started her career in Human Resources with McDonald’s France, before leaving to set up her own recruitment company EMDS in 1995. From 1999, her career as Senior Vice President for Human Resources and Communication began with Rexam, a leading global packaging Group; position that she also held at Redcats (Kering Group) as of 2005. In 2013, she was appointed Group Senior Vice President in charge of Human Resources at Rexel. She holds a BSc (Honors) in Psychology and Management Studies from Glasgow University, a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the Sorbonne and an Executive MBA from INSEAD.
Slavoljub Martinovic – President Tarkett Eastern Europe
Slavoljub Martinovic, Serbian, has been President of the Group’s Eastern Europe division since January 2013. Previously, he worked for Sintelon from 1996 until its acquisition by the Group in 2002. He holds a degree from the Novi Sad Technological Faculty.
Glen Morrison – President Tarkett North America
Glen Morrison, English, has been the President and CEO of the Group’s North American division since May 2015. Previously, he worked for five years as President of Building and Construction Systems Business (BCS) in Alcoa, a global lightweight metals leader. Glen has spent the majority of his career in the building and construction industry working both in the US and in Europe. He has a degree in Business Studies from Lanchester Polytechnic in the U.K.
Antoine Prevost – EVP Operations
Antoine Prevost, French, is the Director of Operations, a position he has held since 2011. He held different managerial positions with Vallourec between 1995 and 2011. He holds a degree from the École Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Paris.
Remco Teulings - President Tarkett EMEA
Remco Teulings, Dutch, has been president of the EMEA division since December 2012. Previously, he was Managing Director for Central Europe for Knauf Insulation where he started early 2007 as Group Marketing Director. He received a Bachelor degree in Economics, a Master degree in sociology from the University of Amsterdam and an executive M.B.A from the Asian Institute of Technology.
